Caroline Egan

Before she went through her own career transition, Caroline had a successful 15-year career as a Barrister, running a busy civil practice, and representing clients in litigation up to High Court level, whilst also contributing to strategy, marketing and business development in Chambers, and delivering training and accredited courses to Law firms. This has given her a unique insight into the ‘pain points’ and challenges experienced by professional services organisations operating in high-pressure, and high risk/ reward environments.

She has a further 15 years’ experience of Leadership Development and Coaching, achieving substantial experience of Coaching (1000 hours+) to senior leaders at all levels, across a wide range of sectors and countries. Combined with her experience of living overseas, she can offer a strong understanding of both local and global context.

She has advised clients on a diverse selection of projects including competitive market strategy; organisational structure; recruitment, selection and assessment; organisational development; training, coaching and development of professional staff; creation of Leadership Competency Frameworks and Training Needs Analyses; gaining stakeholder buy in for and executing organisational change, and achieving high quality outcomes to KPIs under budget and ahead of time.

She has coached senior professionals across many sectors on individual ‘derailers’/ obstacles as well as organisational challenges, promoting greater self-awareness, enhanced performance, productivity, and wellbeing, contributing to enhanced organisational performance.
