Before launching her own business, Linda led teams in the Public Sector and Higher Education. She worked as a Careers Consultant in Australia and ran the MBA Career Development programme at Warwick Business School. As a Career & Professional Development Consultant Linda has assisted clients into a wide range of sectors. Linda has an MA Coaching, a degree in Management, a Diploma in Coaching, is a certified trainer and assessor and accredited Coaching Supervisor.
Linda is passionate about assisting people to think clearly about their strengths, skills and style to be effective in supporting themselves and their clients. She works in partnership with you to create a learning space to grow, reflect, review and develop your practice. Her clients include: a portfolio of independent Executive Clients and Coaches from many sectors; internal coaching of staff and Experienced Hire students at numerous universities; NHS Trust Executives & Education Trusts; and the leadership teams of Independent, Academy, and State schools.
